Today, United States Representative Bennie G. Thompson (D-MS) announced the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded $2,013,494 through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention / National Center for Chronic Diseases Prevention & Health Promotion in Cancer Prevention and Control Program funds to Mississippi State Department of Health.
